At Iain King Services we work on a wide range of vehicles so that customers can use us for everything instead of using two or three garages for the selection of vehicles they have throughout their business. We work on cars, vans, all sizes of HGVs, trailers buses coaches, horseboxes, horse trailers, caravans and general trailers. We will carry out the work required where ever required at the customers request to cut down on the vehicle downtime and customer inconvenience.

HGVs

We provide a service of maintenance inspection, running repairs, chargeable work on your existing contract maintenance plan and breakdowns to HGV operatiors on all variants of vehicle tractor units, rigids and articulated trailers. All this service can be done at the customers premises to cut down on vehicle down time and to save the vehicle having to go off site to workshops. We also carry out service and repairs to donkey engines and basic repairs to tail lifts.

Horse Box and Trailers

We offer a wide range of services to the equestrian sector from trailer checks and repairs to horse box service, inspection, plating preparation and repairs. We will come to your livery yard or your home to carry out work or shows in breakdown situations. We will also carry out pre-buying inspections and for people who are planning to buy for a conversion an inspection to check the vehicle is mechanically sound before buying.

Taxis, Cars and Vans

We will provide a wide range of services to cars, taxis and vans. We will carry out fixed price servicing, repairs MOT failures and exhausts, all carried out when and where the customer requires the work done.

Caravans and General Trailers

We offer service and repairs to the running gear (brakes, lights chassis, etc) to caravans, general trailers and boat trailers. A pre-season inspection after the caravan or trailer has been sitting in a storage yard after a long, cold winter. Carried out at home or storage yard.

We also carry out pre-session inspections for trailers to check that the trailers are in good working order after sitting for long periods of time through the winter months and is ready for a successful season.

Important note: If the vehicle is on a livery yard, your work or storage yard, permission must be granted from the owner of the premises before work can be carried out.
